Graveyard Announces Former Guitarist Truls Morck as New Bassist

Since the release of the band’s 2nd album Lights Out, founding member/bassist Rikard Edlund had been on leave from the band for undisclosed reasons. Instead of closing up shop, Graveyard didn’t miss a beat as they hit the road with good friend and Versant guitarist Johan Grettve stepping into the bassist slot. The band continued to tour successfully worldwide including a sold out US tour that had the band playing some of its best shows to date. Grettve was only a temporary solution until the band could find someone permanent and as of last week Graveyard has announced that former Graveyard lead guitarist Truls Morck will be stepping in as the new full time bassist. Morck played lead guitar on Graveyard’s self-titled debut album and was replaced soon after the albums completion by current lead guitarist Jonatan Ramm.

Graveyard is currently recording the follow up to Lights Out and will be joining Mastodon and Clutch as support for the following dates:
