According to my good friends over at Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles, former Motley Crue/Scream vocalist John Corabi has announced that he will hitting the road for an acoustic summer tour with Cinderella. John Corabi is currently finishing up his new acoustic CD, which will be released this summer. I am really looking forward to this tour and album as Corabi has always been one of my favorite hard rock/metal vocalists. Ever since I heard his acoustic version of The Scream’s “Man in the Moon” I wanted to hear an acoustic album from him. This is an album and tour that I am definitely looking forward to and seeing him open for Cinderella will be nothing but win!
Regarding his new CD, Corabi states: “I’ll have my new acoustic record done shortly, and its pretty cool… IMHO… rock and roll acoustically, with EAGLES-esque backing vocals!”
