Decibel Geek recently released their latest Album Unleashed podcast where they talked in depth about the Skid Row debut album with legendary producer Michael Wagener and Skid Row bassist Rachel Bolan. In the nearly two hour podcast, hosts Chris Czynszak and Aaron Camaro got some truly amazing stories from the history of recording the debut album.
From the fake alley constructed by photographer for Mark Weiss to the annoying over involvement of Jon Bon Jovi, this podcast covered a ton of ground and offered up a ton of really in-depth, great information. At the end of the podcast, when asked about the status of new Skid Row vocalist ZP Theart, Rachel Bolan stated, “As of right now, he’s the future of Skid Row. “ When asked if the original lineup would ever get in the same room again, Bolan replied, “Don’t know. I hope it’s padded [laughs]. I talk to Affuso every now and then but it is what it is!”
