On January 21st, the almighty Graveyard pulled into Atlanta and brought their dark, broody, Classic Rock inspired sounds to The Masquerade in Atlanta, GA. I also found it pretty funny to see a band named Graveyard playing in a room called “Hell.” The venue was nearly at capacity and while the band was absolutely on fire, the crowd was very oddly enthusiastic and energized. I see a lot of shows here in Atlanta and it’s rare to see an audience this animated and excited. Graveyard delivered an inspired and powerful set comprised of songs from their self titled debut album and their critically acclaimed 2011 release Hisingen Blues.
My buddy and local videographer Casey Williamson was in attendance with camera in tow and captured this amazing performance. A huge thanks to Casey for all the time and effort he put to capturing this awesome performance and for allowing me to share this footage with my readers.
